The votes are in, and the public has spoken. Organisers of the Century HomeShow 2024 event were thrilled to announce the winner of the Home of the Century. Taking place over two weekends, visitors explored six stunning showhouses, each crafted by top architects and interior designers.
The overall winner was Bloc Haven by Bloc Developments (Architect: Studious Architects, Interior Designer: Cotton and Yarn).
This masterpiece wowed visitors with its innovative design, seamless flow, and luxurious finishes. Wayne Beuthin, the visionary behind Bloc Developments, brought his A-game, while Derick Britz of Studious Architects and Spiandi Dickson from Cotton and Yarn added their magic touch. The “Bloc Haven” truly captured the essence of modern living.
