Centurion’s thriving business district reached a new milestone this week, as Westend Office Park welcomed its latest tenant. This is as financial solutions giant Hello Group officially occupy the entirety of Building E.

As part of this celebration, a “roof-wetting” event commemorated the occasion, signifying not only Hello Group’s arrival but also the continued growth of the precinct.
Westend Office Park’s allure is tied to its strategic location. Nestled on the edge of Centurion’s CBD, it is within walking distance of the Centurion Gautrain Station which provides an effortless access to Pretoria, OR Tambo Int, Midrand, Sandton and Rosebank.
The office park’s direct exposure to the N14 freeway and the Gautrain line offers great business visibility and accessibility that few other locations can match. A-Grade office building
As Hello Group’s arrival is celebrated, the future also holds the groundbreaking of Building F. This A-Grade office building will offer approximately 5000m2 of prime office space in a secure office park. Like its predecessor, Building F will enjoy all the strategic benefits that make Westend Office Park an attractive business address, including proximity to key transport routes, ample amenities and robust infrastructure.
