Waterfall Management Company sweeps the boards at African Property Awards

Waterfall City is a repeat winner of Best Mixed-use Development in Africa, Best International Mixed-use Development and Best Developer Website in SA at the African Property Awards.

Year after year, Waterfall City claims top honours as Best Mixed-use Development in SA.

Waterfall City scooped several awards at the recent African Property Awards ceremony held in Dubai, the most noteworthy being Best Mixed-use Development in SA 2023-2024. Waterfall Management Company accepted the award for the ninth time in a decade.

The development garnered another three Best in SA 2023-2024 accolades for Best Mixed-use Architecture, Best Development Marketing and Best Developer Website. Honours for the latter two were shared by Waterfall Management Company and Attacq, the strategic development partner of Waterfall City.

To date, Waterfall City has won Best Mixed-use Development in Africa eight times in nine years and Best International Mixed-use Development five times in six years. It is the second time that it has won the Best Developer Website in SA award.

KUDOS FOR GAUTENG SMART CITY

The celebrations didn’t end there. Balwin Properties won Best Leisure Development in SA for the Munyaka Lifestyle Estate in Waterfall City and Best Apartment/Condominium in SA for the Munyaka penthouse.

This cluster of Best in SA wins also featured among Best in Africa nominations from the International Property Awards – Africa and Arabia chapter. For more than three decades, the International Property Awards have showcased the very best industry projects and professionals in Asia Pacific, Africa and Arabia, Europe, the US and the Americas, and the UK.

Winners in Africa that score top marks for design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability automatically compete against their contemporaries in other regions for recognition in the International category as the ‘World’s Best’. Results will be announced at a gala dinner at the Savoy Hotel in London on 22 February 2024.
