Waterfall City Management Company was recognised with two awards at the recent International Property Awards in London. Waterfall City clinched the coveted Best International Mixed-use Architecture 2023-2024 award, as well as Best International Developer Website accolade for www.waterfallcity.co.za.

These accolades build on Attacq and Waterfall City Management Company’s previous success after winning three Best in Africa 2023-2024 awards. These include Best Mixed-use Architecture, Best Development Marketing, and Best Developer Website. The latter two were jointly accredited to both Waterfall City Management Company and strategic development partner Attacq Limited (Attacq), the JSE-listed REIT. The wins highlight their excellent collaborative effort.
Entries were rigorously evaluated based on criteria encompassing design layout, quality, architecture, services, security, innovation, originality, marketing, and sustainability commitment.

Now in their 32nd year, the International Property Awards recognise outstanding projects and professionals across 45 residential and commercial categories worldwide.
Held annually at the Savoy Hotel in London and with entries from 126 countries meticulously reviewed by over 90 independent expert judges, the awards showcase exemplary achievements in Architecture, Development, Interior Design, and Real Estate across nine regions.
