Vanguard Logistics South Africa signs 10 year lease agreement at Clairwood Logistics Park

Clairwood Logistics Park offers state-of-the-art facilities that aligns with Vanguard’s commitment to providing best-in-class services in the container groupage market.

Fortress Real Estate Investments (Fortress) is proud to announce that Vanguard Logistics has signed a 10-year lease for a new 13,000m² warehouse on Pocket 5B at Clairwood Logistics Park in KwaZulu Natal. Vanguard CFS took occupation of their new warehouse on 1 October, 2024.

The move marks a significant step in Vanguard’s growth strategy, enabling the company to relocate from its current facility in Prospecton to the Clairwood facility, providing clients with a larger, world-class facility.
