Amdec launches move-in-ready designer homes at River Dale phase 2, Westbrook Country Estate.
Ongoing demand for newly built residential properties in Gqeberha has spurred the construction of the R450-million second phase, River Dale, at Westbrook Country Estate.
Launched with The Ridge in 2018, the estate’s success is partly attributed to Covid-19’s impact on the residential property market and the work-from-home trend making smaller cities and towns more appealing, especially among those looking for quality of life above what big cities offer. As a result, coastal areas, including Gqeberha, are experiencing significant property inflation due to increased buyer interest.
