“By the end of the launch weekend 108 units had been sold, which is a record for the number of land plots ever sold on the KZN North Coast in one launch day. In addition, all of our available developer opportunities were sold to partner developers which means that by the end of the day 75% of the total opportunities were sold,” says Stefan Botha, Rainmaker Marketing’s Director who handled the overall marketing of the Salt Rock City development.
