The latest development, Oasis Life Constantia, launched at the beginning of March. “We have been overwhelmed by the response to Constantia,” says Mariska Auret, director at Rabie responsible for the development. “There has been a pent-up demand for this type of development in the area and, as such, we’ve built up a substantial waiting list. “At the time of publication, 38 units have been secured. We are confident that this momentum will continue.”
Situated in the lush green belt of Cape Town, nestled at the foot of the Table Mountain range, Oasis Life Constantia will be built in a convenient location, with Constantiaberg Mediclinic and several shopping destinations on its doorstep.
