New upmarket Oasis Life development unveils exclusive life right homes

Oasis Life Sunningdale has seen robust sales since its launch in mid September – new owners are embracing a maintenance-free lifestyle with lifetime occupancy.

Move-in date set for Q4 2025

Keen buyers are able to choose from 56 units as part of the first phase of 150 homes in the development that officially launched in November 2024, with a move-in date set for Q4 2025.

Phase 1 will include a stunning lifestyle centre, as well as a gymnasium and heated indoor aerobics pool.

Primary care will be available from day one, with an additional 47 houses in phase 2, set for completion by end 2026.

This includes a healthcare suite in a clubhouse that consists of a reception, waiting area, consulting and examination rooms and a staff rest room/ lounge. A nurse will be available 24/7.

A further 47 homes are planned for 2027, along with a fully-fledged wellness centre offering assisted living. This primary healthcare lifestyle centre will provide basic medical care to residents and consists of three services: lifestyle care centre visits, house visits and medical record keeping.
