La Récolte Retirement Village, a luxury estate situated in Stellenberg in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, has launched Block D, the final phase of the development. The development’s completed Blocks A and B are sold out, with Assisted Living suites in Block C still available for purchase or rent.

Block D will sell from R1 695 000 for a one-bedroomed apartment (60 to 73m2) to R2 985 000 (75m2 to 100m2) for a spacious two bedroomed apartment. The developers will offer a special discount to investors buying more than five units, offering a tax advantage according to Section 13 of the Income Tax Act.
