Circle Senior Living, a new concept in residences for seniors, will soon offer upmarket apartments designed to create a sense of penthouse living in a hi-tech building that resembles a luxury boutique hotel rather than a traditional retirement home. The Sandown location is one of four lifestyle retirement estates that will be available in prime locations in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
