The partnership was announced in a statement this week. Both businesses will remain operationally independent. Established in Johannesburg in 1991 Adrienne Hersch Properties has grown in a respected real estate brand in Gauteng while Keller Williams brings global reach and cutting-edge technology to the partnership.
Keller Williams Realty South Africa is part of the global network of one of the world’s largest real estate franchises. The franchise is internationally recognised for innovation in the real estate industry.
Daniel Hersch, co-operating principal at Adrienne Hersch Properties says the partnership makes perfect sense for both organisations, “We are thrilled to be partnering with KW to become one of South Africa’s leading disruptive, high growth real estate agencies.”
He says AHP will operate under the same banner, but the company’s systems and technology will be powered by KW. “We’re still retaining our Adrienne Hersch Properties identity. Our goal is to expand our presence through our partnership with Keller Williams. We believe that the value of our brand, together with Keller Williams’ incredible systems and technology, will help elevate Adrienne Hersch Properties to the next level.”
According to Candice Andrews, team leader at Adrienne Hersch Properties, the progressive model and technologies of Keller Williams offer them a way to secure their foothold in the market and be at the forefront of change in the real estate industry.
Johan Gouws, CEO of Keller Williams Realty Southern Africa, says a combination this powerful does not happen often. “It is with absolute delight and a privilege to welcome Adrienne Hersch Properties into the Keller Williams fold. I look forward to an impactful relationship, joining a vision of successful estate agents wherever we go. Thank you, Adrienne and team, for choosing Keller Williams as your business partner,” he ends.
