28 October - Everything Property

28 October

This week we take a look at property trends and are informed that while property sales have declined, the actual value of the properties sold has increased. Investment in the country’s commercial capital Rosebank continues to offer excellent returns. The Western Cape is witnessing a spike in residential property development, we bring you three new developments in Constantia, Stellenbosch and Paarl. Want to buy a farm in the Cape, they are in high demand. Moving north, Hebron Mall has invested in the local community and have built a new nursery school. Over in KwaZulu-Natal Lightstone data shows us that property is booming, especially in Umhlanga.
