14 October

We had the pleasure of visiting Wytham Estate, an upmarket retirement lifestyle village development in Cape Town which is set to cater to the demands of the modern retiree. In the Mother City we are told that the V&A Waterfront is gearing up for record sales. Over in Pretoria, Waterkloof Park has already reached 40% of its sales with all their one-bedroom apartments already sold. In Joburg, Homefront was part of a guided tour of Waterfall City at their official rebranding. Talking commercial property, our editor joined a webinar entitled #WarehouseAdvantage which was moderated by Bruce Whitfield and have included the recording of the webinar in the roundup. Taking care of the country’s students we look at Growthpoint’s Thrive Student Living offering. There are a couple of net-zero opinion articles and advice on home buying and repairs.

We’d love to know more about your Homefront, please contact mark@augmentcreative.com
