Cavendish Square awarded top honours in the Western Cape for fourth consecutive year

Cavendish Square has once again been recognised among the Western Cape’s leading businesses, receiving the prestigious Diamond Arrow Award in the shopping centre category at the 2026 PMR.africa Awards. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the mall has achieved the accolade.

Cavendish Square was rated “Outstanding: and ranked first overall among shopping centres in the Western Cape in the PMR.africa Provincial Survey, which recognises companies and institutions making a meaningful contribution to economic growth and development in the province.

The annual survey is based on feedback from a random sample of 200 respondents, including CEOs, managing directors, business owners, company directors, managers and senior government officials in the Western Cape.

Serving generations of shoppers

For Cavendish Square, the achievement is particularly meaningful as the centre continues to serve generations of shoppers in Cape Town, having been part of the community for more than five decades.
